It's Wednesday! Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Julia's Stamping Ground and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.
I decided to order a new journal for the Journal Petite, I followed a link for the journal’s recommended, but when it arrived it had cream pages, not sure what effect that will have on watercolours.
I read about one staple collages on the ICAD site everything is held together by one staple. I made five of them:

I love your cards, is this something you like I could join in with...maybe not...not sure I'd keep up! I linked today! Through the phone and no wifi...took four attemts to comment on Julia's but got there in the end! And then!!! when I got my comment back in my email..was able to use that link back to Julia's and that's why I'm here now. For the first time in months I can see who's on woyww and go comment!! Yay! Thank you for offering to link me I may have to ask you another time! as it does take such a time, and I forget what I did to get there in the first place....very confusing! So? clipped together with one staple...I might have a got at that! Happy WOYWW!? ((Lyn)) #7
Oh I do love Mackintosh roses, something so simple and stylish about them. I did a glass painted piece with them once - wonder where that is lol? I'm not sure about the staple thing, I have several staplers but they are all so unreliable I spend more time extricating the mangled staples than sticking things together!1 They are pretty though. Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx #15
That's a great idea with the staple . . . saves time and glue!

Love the staple collages...fave me an idea for using up some very old pearl and rhinestone brads that have been knocking about. These collage pieces would be great on an appropriate scrapbook page methinks...OOh err you are full of inspiration again Angela!
Loving the Mackintosh roses, I'm a big fan of Mary Engelbreit and her flowers, the roses look really easy to draw but I'm rubbish at them!
One year I stapled a lot of my ICADs, but I haven't done that once this year. One year I didn't use any glue at all, either sewing, stapling, or stamping my ICADs. I love to sew these index cards, but it's been too hot in my craft room to sew much this year. Glad you reminded me about the staples.
I've never heard of a Mackintosh rose. It is beautiful, though. Happy WOYWW from # 1.
Great cards, and love the roses too. Happy woyww Helen #3
Great collection of ICADs, they look great. I'm not sure about cream pages either but you could go over them with white Gesso. Wishing you a very happy and creative WOYWW, Angela x8x
Your cards are fabulous, i love the collages a lot - you’re very good at doing these, I find collages really tricky. And that rose couldn’t be anything other than Charles Ronnie McIntosh, absolutely gorgeous!
