WOYWW 724

Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.  My I have had a busy week so far.  Monday I had an exercise class and then we went to get our passports renewed.  We went to Mold Post Office, it cost £16 extra, for them to do everything.  It was the first time we have used this service, but they have got so picky with the photographs, I thought it was worth it

Yesterday I was trying to get my ATC's done and a lot of repainting went on!  The last one I gessoed over ready to start again.  I have completed two to my satisfaction.  I really need to get a wriggle on as we have to get the caravan ready soon.

The caravan had a recall as some had been leaking, so in it went, we started packing it when we noticed after a heavy day of rain it was leaking!  So back it went and not back yet :(

Some digital work done -The original on the left and after some work on the right.   And a postcard below.

The desk-

Everything out including stuff on the floor!

I went to meet my sister last week at a garden centre, I intended buying some plant pots, but my husband called me home because he found the caravan leaking.  I resorted to using a milk carton to repot my plant.  We actually went to a garden centre yesterday, just for a trip out.  I saw these cute dragons, I really liked them, my husband not so much !  Of course I forgot about the plant pots.

Linking up with the marvellous Julia at Stamping Ground.  See you all later x

I wish we lived closer, I’ve got loads of pots which you could have had! However, I rather like your carton alternative, it’s fun - I did smile at you going to the garden centre and then forgetting to get what you went for, I do that ALL the time, lol. Love the digi art, I do admire your talent with it.
Hope the caravan gets sorted, that’s a proper pain.
Hugs LLJ 3 xx

Oh Angela! sounds like those dragons were very distracting but maybe you have an excuse to go out again to get the plant pots next time. Hope you get the van sorted soon that sounds like a pain especially at this time of the year when you want to go out in it. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww. Hugs Angela x6x

I do hope the caravan is fully waterproof soon Angela so you can enjoy it with the improving weather. Those dragons are fun - hope you manage to smuggle a few home lol. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Yep, I’m in the same situation, not a single spare pot, which is quite ridiculous considering there’s usually at least a dozen knocking about in the garage all winter. I must have really got the bedding and perennials right the year before last if I didn’t buy some last year, which is highly questionable! And how funny to be so distracted by dragons…must be a lovely garden centre. I must say, our nearest is a bit of a shopping experience, by the time you get to the plants you can have had a three course meal and done all your Christmas shopping and refurnished your house! Loving the digi work again, clever to separate the woman from her dotted curtain, and I really love the postcard. Another style that I’m not very good at producing! Hope the caravan is returned in good time to avoid panic, w joy the trip!

What a shock about the caravan, I suppose we all need a little repair now and then.
I only keep annuals in my pots so every Spring the pots are emptied onto the garden, refilled for the Summer so I don't have spares for anything!!
Just LOVE that dragon . . . will have to go look in my local . . .
Have a good week even if it is only packing! lol

Happy Belated WOYWW. A sunny morning, quiet house and a demanding elderly cat have dragged me out of bed this morning, so I am catching up with commenting. Hope the caravan is sorted and back with you. I love those dragons too. I think one would look good in our porch (where I have a growing collection of cows, fake succulents in cute animal pots etc). Not entirely sure about the dragons but I have lots of colourful(borderline tacky) stuff like that in my garden so they would catch my eye as well. Great digi work and plant pot improv! Hope the caravan gets sorted! Love n hugs Cindyxx

Good morning, Angela
First off, those dragons are adorable! I'd have bought one as my husband collects dragon stuff.
Been to wet, too cold, or both to start on my garden stuff or even start seeds. Hoping that can change this week!
I still need to work on my ATCs. With Bob gone, I hope to get a wiggle on them this week. Please add me to your swap list?
Creative Blessings! ~Kelly
