Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.
I have been doing a whole lot of different things. I joined “Fruitful Creativity with JoDitt Williams” a couple of months ago. Normally I join things and don’t play an active roll, but I have been quite consistent with this one. Of course, WOYWW has been my longest running ever commitment! Anyway, the top 10 members were gifted a book or other goods from her shop. I had a book which was one I had been thinking about buying so I was happy! This one thing we did, we had to fill in these two sheets, I was quite hesitant as I never know how to approach these things:
I was looking at a Pinterest email, specifically at what I think was a washi tape roll, it was one of those links that leads nowhere! I started wondering about making one. I looked into buying till rolls on Amazon, but they were expensive. Then I had an idea. When we went shopping at Tesco I bought a children’s roll of paper. My husband used a saw to cut the roll into suitable lengths, I started one with some paint, then stamping, then some doodling.

You are a tech crafting genius! I love seeing what you can do on the iPad as I’d have no idea. Those birds are great fun and I love the teal green colour with the flowers too. Great idea about the paper roll, so much cheaper!

Looks like you've been well busy. I know what you mean about joining clubs and online stuff and then not really getting involved, I'm keen to begin with and then get bored or distracted but I'm enjoying the felting group. I saw your comment about the cards over at mine. I'll put the instructions on my Card Fold Page at the top of the blog but it might not be for a couple of days so I'll send you a message when I've done it as I'm a bit busy at the moment. Love the birds! You are so clever with your digital stuff. Love your work around to make your own designer 'washi tap' but I did chuckle about the stencil.

As I didn't get around everyone last week I thought I would try and be early this - it may just be your Wednesday still but it is already my Thursday morning! I too have been making snippet rolls - I started with IKEA tape measures stuck together - I picked up a few one time I was walking round the store. I will share a photo next week.
