WOYWW 872

Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.

My husband just said to me are you doing your blog today, I replied later, it's Tuesday. laughing he said it was Wednesday!  oops!  I blame it on a bad night, actually not a bad night as the pain didn't start till 5:30.   I had a CT scan Monday, results in two weeks, but had a CT scan doesn't show nerves not expecting it to reveal anything.

I have been sorting through through my craft stuff in order to try and cut down on the amount I take on holiday.  I bought an expanding file to keep various A4 papers in. it doesn't hold as much as I thought it would, so I went back to get another one.  It seemed a higher price than the first one, but I thought it must be the same.  When I got it home it was a lot bigger!  Somehow both folders are not enough - I might take too much!

The above were for the "Tiny Pieces of Art" challenge.

You’re not on your own re forgetting the days! You’ll have to get another folder and then you’ll be sorted…perhaps 😉. Hope the scans show something that can be sorted xx

Hopefully the scan results come back with something they can treat easily for you. Hope you get all you need in your files.

hope the scan results are ok and of some help in resolving issues! Good luck sorting your holiday crafting supplies! I was watching Death in Paradise on Monday (it's usually on a Friday but moved for football) and dozed off... after I rewound the programme and watched the rest of it, I thought oh, it's Kew tomorrow I must get my camera bag sorted.... oops! could have missed work if I hadn't realised before bed! ... so you're not alone! Hoping the scans do show up something that can aid a diagnosis. I have been praying for pain relief for you and God to do His thing and heal you completely. Come on God you can do this for Angela. Love your LOVE tiny pieces of art and that your files aren't "enough". Hugs Bj#3

Hi Angela, yes, thanks, we used gesso on our winter landscapes. I take amitriptyline, because it’s part of my migraine prevention package, and have not had any problems since 🤞🏻🤞🏻with trigeminal nerve pain. I hope that helps, Lynne

My wife recently retired, and says she now has 6 Saturdays a week, since she often forgets what day it is too. LOL! I carry art supplies with me when I travel, but it's basically an art journal and a few art supplies that I keep in a relatively small travel size art case. Happy WOYWW!

I must admit that I often have to stop and think what day it is Angela - glad you remembered (or were reminded). Hope the MRI gives some answers to the source of your pain. Stay safe and happy belated WOYWW. Sarah
