WOYWW 853

Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.

I have started getting symptoms of Vertigo again and I seem to be doing everything at snail's pace.  I have an appointment for an Audio Balance Assessment on the 20th of this month.  I had my diabetes review today and apparently I am doing very well!

I have been playing with ai again.  I wanted a couple of Bible verse images for a study I am doing on Revelation and also for a little book I am doing.

I made two books that were on YouTube by Kit Davey

Accordion Book with Triangular Pockets - YouTube

How to Make a House-Shaped Book from One Piece of Paper - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxGgyujtY_U

I didn't like the house book so I redesigned that, the Accordion book was easy.  Kit used A4 paper both times, I used 12 x 12 scrapbooking paper as I wanted a sturdier book.

Too many projects on the go!  I can see my printouts are too big.  I wrote down the measurements, maybe I didn't actually look at them !
Next week I hope to have these finished and I will take some more photographs.

Sorry to hear about the vertigo returning, I hope they can sort something at your appointment on 20th. Great study pieces. Clicked on the you tube links and they both seem to go to the house book, which I do like the look of so will have a go at that later. Hugs BJ#5

Bad luck re the vertigo, I hope the clinic helps pinpoint what sets you off. They may do the EPLEY Manoeuvre, which while it makes you feel grim, does move the bits out of your inner ear and it helped me. I always go off piste when following instructions so your book altering made me smile!

Glad to hear you've got your diabetes under control, and pray you'll do the same with your vertigo. I love the idea of making little books for Bible Studies, and may try that idea sometime!
