WOYWW 843

Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.

Here are the latest  ICADS , there is one more to come which just might be the one at the bottom!

Working in the awning, unfortunately I had to tidy quickly as the table was needed and was too late with the camera!  In the book are my prints flattening.  I tried some leaf printing, there was only a couple I kept as they were. I painted over the others with some left over paint.  The ones most recently done disappeared into the paint, but the outline was left with the other ones.  With the following one I printed over a painted one.  I like how this one turned out.  It was the only one flat enough to photograph!

The idea of making the ICADs is beginning to win me over as I believe I could use them to record my favourite techniques instead of forgetting what I've done. Love them. Happy woyww. Hugs Angela x11x

Well, that leaf painting/printing is interesting - what a fab outcome! I must look up how to have a go at that myself. The icads have been such fun and very inspiring, I particularly love the purple/lilac one in the second pic!

Oh lovely leaf print, I really ought to give that a go. Not had the paints out in a while, too busy catching up on my scrapping! Hope your closed road detour isn't too bad. Been giggling at one nearby as Google Maps sends you walking "through" a private property to get to a local road at the moment, the actual detour is mahoosive! Hugs BJ#8
