Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.
I love this one, I managed to use up quite a bit of washi tape on this ICAD
I am continuing the study of colours in the Bible, this is the colour blue. Lapis Lazuli is a beautiful stone and occurs in the Throne of God and in another place, the floor at His feet. While we were at Pickering I bought a tiny toadstool shape of Lapis Lazuli, I would have a loved a big piece, but a) they didn't have any and b) I am sure the price would have been high.
In JoDitts group we are studying colour and this month we had to choose two palettes and colour in the card below. I have never worked with colour palettes before and didn't like the experience, too limiting.
Four more ICADS, a further 2 to come for last week.
We have moved again and the Internet signal is really bad, but I hope to catch up you all x

Isn’t it funny what works for some people doesn’t for others? I quite like limited colour ranges but then I find random or abstract really tricky, collage too which is why I enjoy seeing what you create!

I love working with shades and tones of one colour. Once did a portrait in blues and loved it, wonder where it got to? Mind you I am talking a long long time ago.
Your iCads look lovely
Hugs, Neet 12 xx
I don't mind a limited colour way sometimes. Hope you catch some Internet to visit desks. If not , there's always next week !! Happy woyww Helen #3
It's interesting to work with a limited colour range and the Lapis is beautiful. Now I'm feeling guilty as I have so much Washi tape and just haven't got round to using them, just keep looking at them and need to do something. Happy woyww, hugs Angela x10x
