Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, a day when we link up to Sarah's Craftshed and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.

ICAD week 3, using up some very old Chinese stickers and some equally old papers.  The one above, bottom left got included by mistake, I just noticed 😳  The two on the left below have watercolour papers.

AI continues to both fascinate and worry me.  I watched a "news recording" the other day in which Piers Morgan and Keir Starmer were both saying buy this software and make a fortune.  If it hadn't been for the fact they had a similar script and also I am sure Keir Starmer wouldn't be trying to persuade anyone to join this "lucrative" deal, I would have been convinced by it.  However I am still playing with the AI tool. To mess with a Star Trek quote : It's art Jim, but not as we know it!🤣🤣

I know you don't want to see all of them so this is just a sample.

We were near the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel.  I will leave you with the Kelpies and save the amazing Falkirk wheel for next time.

The top left card was made from some wallpaper that was available at B&Q

Most of the images I have used I have had for such a long time, it's about time they got used.  The tiny mouse in the top left card is from a Beatrix Potter set.

On the left you can see a rolladesk that I bought from a charity shop, for a mere £2.99.  I have wanted one for ages so I just had to have this one.  The cards are smaller than I would have liked, but still, I now have one and I hope I will start using it.
On the right above is a stage 1 and stage 2 ICAD.  I saw a few minutes of one of the Encounters course lessons or it may have been somewhere totally different 🤣🤣.  It was Matisse inspired. I cut up a napkin piece, but it looked a bit dull, so I used my acrylic pens to draw some more shapes, still not too happy, so I went over the main napkin pieces with a green acrylic pen.

The last one takes me up to date with my ICAD cards.  These things always look better in my head!

My first ICAD of this year.

I made these backgrounds using AI

I made about 50!  The amount I didn't like was probably 3 times that amount!

Lastly, still AI, I made some Draculas!  Here we have young and handsome, mature and suarve and finally a freak.  I will leave you to guess what makes him a freak!
