WOYWW 742

It's Wednesday!  Welcome to Crafting With Jack and What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday,  a day when we link up to Julia's Stamping Ground and have a look to see what everyone has been doing.

Sorry to be away last week.  There was so much to do when we got back.  The first thing was to open the post, I decided to save my ATC's for when I had more time and that proved a difficult thing to find.

My room is looking much tidier.

Thank you for all my wonderful ATC's.

The last Sunday we were away, the church in Kimbolton had an icecream service.  This included making paper planes!  It was a lovely day and a great service with some of my favourite hymns/worship songs.

Once the planes were made and a prayer written on them, everyone launched their planes with various degrees of success.  Mine flew straight for about 6 feet and then did an abrupt turn aiming at a lady who was retrieving her plane at the time.  I am sure you can guess which part of her anatomy it was aiming for 😂😂.  Luckily it stopped a few inches away!  I kid you not!

It was nice to see all those anniversary ATCs in one spot. Your desk looks like it is ready for you. What a great idea to have prayer planes. Happy WOYWW from # 7.

Great way for a service to make the most of good weather, how fun. Your paper plane's trajectory is funny, at least being paper it wouldn't have been too obvious a 'hit'!! I don't think I realised how long you've been away, but very glad you had a small heap of happy post to look forward to opening afte all the normal stuff, by which I mean bills!! Enjoy the tidy space for as long as it stays that way! 😜

You’ve such an awesome lot of ATCs, Angela. I’m not one for church but that service sounded fun - ice cream and paper planes! It would have been funny if yours had hit but embarrassing too, so best it stopped short!
Take care and happy WOYWW

Hi Angela! the prayer planes sound like a lot of fun! Perhaps your prayer was meant for the lady it flew to! Nice tidy desk, waiting to be messied up again. Lots if lovely ATCs too! Have a great week, Lindart #21

Do you mean the ATC's from way way back? Gosh, I had no idea you had been away for so long.
The church event looks lovely and I am sure everyone enjoyed flying their paper planes. How unfortunate yours was aimed where it was - I am sure it was not intentional.

Oh my, I guess you don't mind anyone knowing your address then! I do love those stencils especially the top one. Yep lovely tidy workstation and how wonderful opening all those ATCs altogether now. The Ice Cream service sounds lovely. Glad you found a Bible for Journaling in and you're doing well with the Psalms I see, well done. I finished Ecclesiastes Tuesday and am now on Song of Songs. Probably best. Hope I didn't upset you by my comment, I have a way of saying what I see and people taking it the wrong way. All good I hope, Hugs BJ

ooh wow an icecream service and planes, that sounds like a brilliant church event. Re your comment on my blog about yellow courgettes, yes they are MUCH sweeter than green ones (hence I tend to grown them) but you rarely see them for sale in the shops but they are deffo my fav. Thanks for visiting my desk already
