Welcome to Crafting With Jack, It’s What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday and I have just realised I have no photograph of my craft room to show you.  I could show you a photograph of my chair in the lounge as that is where I have been working lately.  Yesterday I designed the tickets above. It took ages to do the numbers upside down as I quickly realised you can’t just flip over numbers.  Then my dear husband informed me he didn’t think tickets had number each end!  I still have my working file so I shall probably change them! (Quick update: having looked at images of tickets the way I have done mine is done as is only one number and numbers at each end the same way up!)

Over the weekend I made some small 2 x 3 inch cards as I wanted to add some to my journal, I also designed some backgrounds for my journal which I have printed out, but not yet used.  I used some Lacey images from Pixabay.

Below some progress on my journal pages.

I am off to have a look at the other WOYWW posts and link up to Julia’s Stamping Ground.  Have a lovely day and I hope the sun is shining for you x

Love the tickets Angela, so pretty. If the numbers are supposed to be the same way up then it will at least save you time when creating more. Stay safe. Sarah #6

Hi Angela. Your comment just made me smile so much. I am a bit obsessed with anything that I think might make interesting textures. If you send hubby out for oranges there are different types of net and the one I've shown you today looks like lots of threads joined together but there are also plastic too. They will behave differently when you heat them up. My favourite thing for heating up is Tyvek from art shops but it's often used to make overalls as it doesn't rip easily and it's cheaper to buy it that way and cut it up and when you heat it you get the most amazing bubbly texture. I could go on but you might get fed up of hearing me so I'll stop now Lol! If you look at the top of my blog there's a section just showing Masterboard ideas which you might like. Hugs, Angela xxx

Well, whichever way up you leave your numbers your tickets look great, you are very clever! Great journal pages too. Am very jealous, just spotted last week's post - we haven't got any frog spawn this year!! Boo hoo. I love my little frogs. Happy WOYWW, have a good week, stay well, stay safe, Cindyxx #22

Your tickets remind me of a craze that once went through the stamping world of making "tea cards" you know, like the cards that used to come in packets of tea many many moons ago. I have seen framed pictures made up of tea cards. Anyway, I am well impressed with your tickets - what a fantastic job and I am sure they are fine as they are with the numbers. If no-one else has them yours will be unique and you could set off a new trend.
Lovely 2 x 3 cards and journal pages too - my, you have been busy.

Your tickets, journal pages and especially the Christian cards, are all absolutely beautiful, Angela. What a treasure this journal is going to be.

Thank you for your visit - the crochet paw prints are fun, aren't they! The pattern is a bit difficult to follow but mostly they are coming out OK. I think you are right about the kitties watching my hubby clearing up after them - definitely in Project Management mode there!

Happy belated WOYWW,

Love the tickets you have designed, birds and flowers are my favourites. Made me think I have some real ones in my stash so had to search them out. They are from Brighton Pier but the WHOLE text to sideways - LOL

Hi Angela, sorry I'm late again! Oooh I love your tickets, how clever you are, I wouldn't have a clue how to do that. Tbh I wouldn't notice which way up the numbers were or which end they were, they just have a very authentic and pretty look to them - gorgeous. Love the journal pages too, beautiful colours. Have a lovely weekend. Annie C #25

It could become a 'thing' we do every week! Add our chairs! I saw some lovely chairs in the nursery all covered in flowers, (even now!) I was thinking about some old chairs we have in the attic, when hubby noticed and said, 'No, you can't have those chairs down from the attic, we need them for christmas!' I hate it when he reads my mind! Love all the journal pages...thinking now to make an ATC that I can put a spider on to add to the end of my posts! Stay Safe! Keep crafting. Happy WOYWW ((Lyn)) #19
